How Do I Withdraw My Winnings?

Once you’ve received $10 or more in winnings, you have the ability to submit a withdrawal request. To submit a withdrawal request, please follow the steps listed below:

 
  • When using a desktop computer or tablet select My Account, by clicking your name at the top. Find the Details section and select Withdraw Funds.
  • When using a mobile phone, simply log in and select Withdraw Funds from the menu.
  • You can select one (1) of the following options to withdraw winnings:
    • ACH - Bank Transfer
      • Transfer to your bank account
      • Upon approval, funds are deposited within 3 - 5 business days
      • Minimum Amount per request - $10
      • Maximum Amount per request - $50,000
    • Check (not initially available online)
      • Please call Customer Support at 1-844-887-6836 to request a check
      • This process adds a few extra days for issuing and mailing of the check
      • Minimum Amount per request - $10
      • Maximum Amount per request - $50,000
    • PayPal
      • Transfer to your PayPal account
      • Upon approval, funds are deposited within one (1) business day or less
      • Minimum Amount per request - $10
      • Maximum Amount per request - $50,000
    • Withdraw at Retail Voucher
      • Request a Withdraw Voucher
      • Upon approval, a Withdraw Voucher is available to print immediately
      • Withdraw Voucher must be printed
      • After printing from your account, the Withdraw Voucher may be taken to any lottery retailer and redeemed for cash
      • Minimum Amount per request - $10
      • Maximum Amount per request - $200
      • Total number of requests allowed per day - 10
      • Your voucher will expire 30 days from the date of issuance. The issued and expiration dates are listed on the voucher. Once expired, the voucher will no longer be valid and the funds will be deposited back into your account balance.
  • After selecting your withdrawal option, follow the directions on the screen.


In order for withdrawal requests to be approved, you may be required to submit documentation. You will receive an email detailing exactly what you need to provide after you submit your request.
 

If you haven't already done so, please provide the documentation listed below within seven (7) days of your withdrawal request submission:
 

  • A color copy of your government-issued photo ID (driver's license, state-issued ID, passport, etc.)
  • Required documentation per method. If you've made recent deposits using more than one payment method, please ensure to include all required documentation for all payment methods used.
 

Withdrawal requests may remain pending for up to two (2) business days for initial processing. Once initial processing is complete and all required documentation has been received and reviewed, you will receive an email stating your withdrawal request has been approved. Refer above for the estimated processing time to receive your funds.

1. Sign In from the menu. The menu is accessible by selecting the “≡” icon in the upper-left portion of your screen. Select “Sign In” from the Mobile menu and enter your Michigan Lottery account credentials.

 

2. Select “Withdraw Funds” from the menu.

 

3. From the drop-down menu, choose a withdrawal method. Select here for more details on each payment method. PayPal is missing from the below list of available withdrawal methods. If you have made a successful deposit using your PayPal account, PayPal will appear in this list for you to select.

 
 

4. The following page will change based on the withdrawal method selected, see the examples below:

New ACH – Bank Transfer Existing ACH – Bank Transfer Withdraw At Retail Voucher  


5. Enter the amount you would like to withdraw and fill in the remaining required information. Select “SUBMIT” to continue the withdrawal process. (Note: You can only withdraw winnings and the minimum withdraw amount is $10.) If this is your first withdrawal request, select here to review the list of required documentation that may be required if it has not already been provided.
 

6. The Request Received page will give you a brief summary of your withdraw. Keep an eye out for an email confirmation and in the meantime, select “Play Games” to head over to the games lobby for more online fun!

 

7. While your withdrawal request is being processed it will appear in the Pending Requests section under Withdraw Funds and Transaction History pages. Approved requests will only appear on the Transaction History page.

8. Once your “Withdraw At Retail” request has been approved, you will find your Withdraw Voucher in the Available Vouchers section under Withdraw Funds. Here you can view and print your approved vouchers. Approved vouchers will show the status of “Ready to Cash”. To print your voucher, select the “View” button then print. Your Withdraw Voucher can be redeemed at any lottery retail location.

Please note: Your voucher will expire 30 days from the date of issuance. The issued and expiration dates are listed on the voucher. Once expired, the voucher will no longer be valid and the funds will be deposited back into your account balance.

 

9. On the Transaction History page, a Withdraw At Retail Voucher transaction will show as a status of “Approved” once the voucher has been redeemed.

 

10. When you select Withdraw Funds from the menu, if you do not have $10 or more in winnings you will receive the following page:
