Ticket codes can be rejected for a variety of reasons. Please refer to the specific error code to identify the reason your ticket is not being accepted.
Often the invalid ticket is actually a cash-prize winner and the Player’s Club will only accept non-winning tickets. Be sure to check your tickets carefully or visit any Michigan Lottery Retailer to have them scan your ticket to verify.
Additionally, we have found that it is very common that the ticket has already been submitted into a player’s account. Be sure to check your Account History page to verify that the codes have not already been submitted.
